Scott has 11 years' experience leading and supporting global operational improvement programs, assisting clients to achieve significant cost reductions and plant throughput improvements in Australia and North America.
His specific resource industry expertise includes iron ore mine, rail and port debottlenecking, diamonds, nickel and copper mining/processing volume and cost improvements, strategic sourcing and supply chain optimization.
Scott has been a significant contributor to Lodestone’s contractor management framework and contractor usage reduction methodology.
Prior to joining Lodestone, Scott was a Global Project Manager for Rio Tinto’s business improvement team.
Scott has a degree in Commerce, a Master of Science (Project Management)
and a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University of Technology.
