Alignment engages the entire organisation in a 5-step process each month:

  1. Business units set Monthly Priorities to deliver their plan and address significant KPI variances.

  2. Each Manager holds a monthly 1:1 with the General Manager/CEO to formally approve their Monthly Priorities (and report status for the past month).

  3. Leadership in each business unit checks status of Monthly Priorities during the month to address "at risk" items.

  4. Superintendents cascade the Monthly Priorities to front-line personnel who use team boards to set priorities.

  5. Management Team takes 5 minutes in their regular meeting to check the status of the Top 3 Priorities by Business Unit - providing good visibility across the business.
